invited to arrive from just before 11am\, with opportunity to visit exhibi
tions and enjoy refreshments before the parade begins in the early afterno
on. A pause for two minutes' silence will occur at 11:00hrs. Please note t
hat the main parade takes place in the afternoon\, with all attendees requ
ired to be parked and in place by 13:45hrs.\nThe Ceremony will be led by T
he Lord Lieutenancy of Essex—the King's Representative in Essex. The Hon
our Party includes the Chairs of Essex County Council\, Maldon District Co
uncil\, The House of Commons\, and representatives from Colchester Garriso
 n. Uniformed Youth Units representing all arms will be joined by serving m
embers of HM Forces as they pay their respects to those lost in all confli
