About these terms

These terms apply when you use Events.Aero, whether you are browsing events, RSVPing or listing an event as an organiser. Events.Aero is a trading name of Volanti.Aero Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10913654). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What Events.Aero is

Events.Aero is a directory of aviation events. Listings come from two sources: event organisers who list their own events, and publicly available information that we collect and curate. Community-sourced listings are marked with where the information came from and have not necessarily been verified by the event organiser.

Event information and RSVPs

• We work hard to keep listings accurate, but events change. Always check with the organiser before travelling. We are not responsible for cancelled, changed or inaccurately listed events.
• An RSVP through Events.Aero registers your interest with the organiser. Unless the listing says otherwise, it is not a ticket and does not guarantee entry.
• Ticket purchase links take you to external sites we do not control. Your purchase is with that site, on its terms.

Organiser listings

• If you list or claim an event, you confirm you are entitled to represent it and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing up to date, including cancelling it if the event is cancelled.
• We review listings before publication and may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion, including where we receive reports of inaccuracy or misuse.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site: no scraping at a scale that degrades the service, no submitting false listings or claims, no attempting to access other people's accounts or data, and no using RSVPs to harvest organiser or attendee information.

Our content

The Events.Aero name, design and curated content belong to Volanti.Aero Limited. Volanti® is a registered trademark of Volanti.Aero Limited. You may link to any listing; you may not republish the directory wholesale.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at listed events, including travel costs for cancelled or changed events. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? [email protected].
