The short version

Events.Aero sets only the cookies it needs to work. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics run without storing anything on your device. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing optional to consent to.

Essential cookies

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off:

• Session cookie - keeps you signed in and remembers choices like your selected country while you browse. Expires when your session ends.
• CSRF token (XSRF-TOKEN) - protects forms such as RSVPs from cross-site request forgery.
• Remember token - set only if you sign in, so you stay signed in between visits.
• Cloudflare security cookies - set by Cloudflare, which protects the site and its forms (including the Turnstile bot check) from abuse.

Analytics without cookies

We use two analytics tools, both configured so nothing is stored on your device:

• Google Analytics runs in consent mode with all storage signals denied. It sends cookieless measurement pings and Google statistically models the rest. No _ga cookies are set.
• Fathom Analytics is cookieless by design and does not track you across sites.

Our own server-side measurement stores hashed session identifiers only, with no IP addresses and no personal data. For what this means for your personal data, see our privacy policy.

If this changes

If we ever introduce cookies that require consent, we will add a consent prompt before setting them and update this page.
