Guests confirm from their inbox, so the names on your list are real. Every confirmation has a link to cancel if their plans change.

Groups
People can RSVP for their whole party and add names. They can also send someone in the group their own ticket by email.

A limit, if you need one
Set a maximum number of places. When it's reached, RSVPs close.

Your guest list
See everyone who's coming in your dashboard, search the list and download it as a CSV.

Fly-ins and online events
At a fly-in, guests can tell you they're flying in. For an online event, the joining link only goes to people who have RSVPed.

How it works

- List your event Turn on RSVPs and set a limit if you need one. Your progress is saved as you go.
- We check it Our team reviews the details. Once it's live, people can RSVP.

Does it cost anything?
No. Listing your event and taking RSVPs is free for you and your guests.
Can I limit the numbers?
Yes. Set a limit when you list the event, and RSVPs close when it's reached.
Can I download the guest list?
Yes. It's in your organiser dashboard, and you can download it as a CSV whenever you like.
What if someone can't come?
Their confirmation email has a link to cancel, which frees up the place.
