What's on the poster

We make it from your listing, so you don't have to design anything.

  • The details people need

    Event name, date, venue and price, large enough to read from the other side of the clubhouse.

  • A QR code

    Scanning it opens your event page with directions and the full details. We print the web address under it for anyone without a phone camera handy.

  • A4, ready to print

    Print it on an office printer, or save it as a PDF and send it to a print shop.

  • Your picture at the top

    If your listing has an image, it goes at the top. If not, we use a drawing that matches the type of event.

  • Updates with your listing

    The poster is made when you open it. Change the date or venue on your listing and the next one you print will have it.

  • Free

    It costs nothing and you don't need an account to print it. There's a small Events.Aero logo at the bottom.

How it works

  1. Claim or list your event If your event is already on Events.Aero, claim it from its page. If it isn't there yet, list it.
  2. Open the poster Press "Print a free poster" on your event in your organiser dashboard.
  3. Print it Choose A4. To keep a copy, choose "Save as PDF" instead.

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No. Posters are free for every upcoming event on Events.Aero, and so is listing an event.

Can I print it bigger than A4?

Yes. Save it as a PDF and a print shop can scale it up. The QR code is vector artwork, so it stays sharp.

Where does the QR code go?

To your event's page on Events.Aero, which has the full details, directions and how to RSVP or get tickets.

How do I change what it says?

Edit your listing in your organiser dashboard, then open the poster again.
