Terms of use

Last updated 9 October 2026

About these terms

These terms apply whenever you use Events.Aero, whether you are browsing, RSVPing or listing an event. By using the site, you agree to them.

Events.Aero is run by Volanti.Aero Limited, the company behind Volanti. It is a trading name, not a separate business. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Volanti.Aero Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 10913654), Office 4185, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, IG6 3SZ.

Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain how we handle your data. Questions? Email [email protected].

Your account

  • You sign in with Volanti Passport, the same account you use for Volanti. The Volanti terms of service cover the Passport account itself.
  • You need to be 16 or over to have an account or make an RSVP.
  • Keep your sign-in safe. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once. You are responsible for anything done with your account.

Event information

  • Events.Aero is a directory. Unless a listing says otherwise, we do not run the events on it. The organiser is responsible for their event.
  • Some listings come from organisers. Others we build from details organisers have already published. Those listings say where the details came from. We put them together with the help of automated tools, including AI, and the organiser may not have checked them.
  • Events can change at short notice, so always check with the organiser before you travel. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

RSVPs and tickets

  • RSVPs are free. When you RSVP, we pass your booking to the organiser and give you a ticket for each place. The organiser decides who gets in. They can set their own entry rules, change the event or cancel it.
  • If you book places for other people, make sure they are happy for you to give us their details. Pass on anything the organiser needs them to know.
  • You can pass a place to someone else through your account. You must not sell tickets or advertise them for sale.
  • If you no longer need a place, please cancel it so someone else can have it. We or the organiser may cancel RSVPs that look automated, duplicated or abusive.

Flying in

  • If you RSVP as a pilot, we share your aircraft details with the organiser so they can plan parking and arrivals.
  • Landing and parking fees on Events.Aero are set by the organiser or airfield, and you pay them to the organiser or airfield, usually when you arrive. We do not collect them. The amounts we show are a guide.
  • An RSVP is not prior permission (PPR) to land. As pilot in command, you are still responsible for getting any permission you need, and for checking NOTAMs, weather and airfield procedures. Events.Aero is not a source of aeronautical information.

Tickets sold elsewhere

Many listings link to the organiser's own website or a ticket seller. We do not run those sites. If you buy a ticket there, you are buying from that seller on their terms. Ask them about refunds or any other problems.

Listing an event

When you list, claim or manage an event, you promise that:

  • you are the organiser, or the organiser has said you can act for them
  • what you tell us is true and legal
  • you will keep the listing up to date, and mark it as cancelled if the event is off
  • the event is legal and has any permissions it needs
  • you own everything you upload, including images, or have permission to use it

You keep ownership of what you upload. You let us show it, crop or resize it, and use it to promote your event on Events.Aero for free, for as long as the event is listed.

You may use attendees' details only to run your event and to contact them about it. Keep them safe and follow data protection law. If you download an attendee list, you are responsible for that copy. Do not send attendees marketing unless they have agreed to it.

We check listings before they go live. We may edit, turn down or remove any listing, for example if someone reports that it is wrong or being misused. If someone claims a listing, we may ask for evidence and decide who can manage it.

Listing an event and taking free RSVPs costs nothing. If we add paid tickets or other paid features, we will tell you the fees and terms before you use them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Events.Aero to:

  • add fake, misleading or duplicate listings, RSVPs or claims
  • pretend to be an organiser or anyone else
  • collect other people's details, or send them messages they did not ask for
  • harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including our team
  • share someone's private details without their permission
  • commit fraud, phishing or ticket touting
  • post anything illegal or hateful, or anything that breaks someone else's rights
  • break the site, get round rate limits or bot checks, or get into accounts or data that are not yours

If you see something that breaks these rules, email [email protected].

Apps and AI agents

  • We offer public feeds and an MCP server so apps and AI assistants can help people find events. Use them instead of scraping our pages, stay within their rate limits, and send people to the event page to RSVP or buy tickets.
  • Automated tools must not RSVP, claim or list events for anyone. They must not make up places, prices or times that the listing does not give.
  • You can use our listings to answer people's questions. You must not copy the whole directory, publish it as your own or use it to train AI models.

Our content and yours

The Events.Aero name, design and the listings we put together belong to Volanti.Aero Limited. Volanti® is a registered trademark of Volanti.Aero Limited. Organisers own the words and images they give us. You are welcome to link to any listing.

Suspending or ending access

We may remove listings, cancel RSVPs or stop you using Events.Aero if you break these terms, if we need to protect other people or the site, or if the law requires it. If we can, we will tell you why, and you can ask us to think again.

You can stop using Events.Aero at any time and ask us to delete your data. Our privacy policy explains how.

Liability

  • We take reasonable care running Events.Aero, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
  • Organisers run their events, so we are not responsible for the events themselves. If an event is changed or cancelled, we will not pay for your losses, such as travel, hotel or fuel costs.
  • We are not responsible for losses we could not have expected when you used the site. We are not responsible for business losses, such as lost profits or missed opportunities.
  • If you use Events.Aero for a business, for example as an organiser, the most we will pay you for any event is the total fees you have paid us for that event.
  • None of this limits our responsibility for death or injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Events.Aero changes. We will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Events.Aero after that, you accept the new terms.

If you have a complaint, email [email protected] and we will try to sort it out. The law of England and Wales applies to these terms, and the courts of England and Wales will settle any dispute. If you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
