About this event
The BMFA Free Flight Nationals for mini events took place at North Luffenham in Rutland on October 11. This is a reminder that all model retrieval at North Luffenham shall be conducted in the usual manner on foot and using bikes. Participants should note that paragliders were likely to be on site on Sunday, which may impose restrictions on where models can be launched from for safety purposes. A briefing was held at the start of the day that included instructions on where models could be launched from. Participants were instructed not to fly any models until they had received the briefing. The weather forecast was favourable for the event.
